"Las superposiciones de redes sociales, como la comunicación, la amistad, o de las redes comerciales, se llaman redes múltiples, forman la columna vertebral estructural de las sociedades humanas. Nuevos conjuntos de datos permiten ahora la cuantificación y la exploración de redes múltiples. Aquí se estudia diferencias específicas de género de una red múltiple de una completa base de datos del comportamiento de una sociedad de juego en línea de alrededor de 300.000 jugadores. En las mujeres a nivel individual un mejor desempeño económico y son menos arriesgados que los machos. los varones reciprocidad solicitudes de amistad de las mujeres más rápido que a la inversa y dudan de corresponder a las acciones hostiles de las mujeres. En las mujeres a nivel de red tienen más parejas de comunicación, que se están menos conectados que los socios de los hombres. Los vínculos de cooperación entre los hombres están insuficientemente representadas, lo que refleja la competencia por recursos entre los hombres.
